Mark Elliot Graduate student in city planning. I started tracking a few months ago with an interest to increasing workside productivity, and after a couple of false starts I am trying to get back on the wagon. I track wake and retire times, exercise accomplishment, waist size, and academic piecework (books/articles digested). I subjectively evaluate diet, general productivity, and workout persistence on a weekly basis. I've developed a log book to make tracking easier. From the attached image you'll see that the schedule template suggests that my emphasis is on task objectives and accomplishment rather than a hardcore focus on data. I use it to note food intake too, but I would like to approach diet tracking more quantitatively, too.
